Shipping rates will be calculated manually after an order has been processed to ensure our customers are receiving the most cost effective shipping solution based on the weight and destination of an order.

I own a clothing store. Am I able to purchase WD Design brands for it?
Yes, we look forward to providing your store with high quality fashion for bodies in the real world. To get started, please register via our wholesale customer sign up page here using a valid ABN (Australian Business Number) or International Business License and letting us know what labels you are interested in. Once your account is approved, we will send you through an introduction to us and useful information regarding our labels. We offer exclusivity in an area. This will need to be confirmed by us or the agent in your state.
I am a retail customer. Am I able to purchase WD Design brands from your website?
We are an Australian wholesale company that designs, manufactures and sells clothing in bulk to stores only, so unfortunately we do not sell individual items directly to the public. We have lovely stockists situated all over Australia and New Zealand. If you are needing to find a stockist in your area, we’d love to hear from you! Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your postcode and we’ll let you know of stockists in your area.
Why do certain sizes cost more to purchase?
Please note our plus sizes (22-24) are $5 more per item than other sizes. This is due to additional fabric yields and grading. We are sure you can understand this and we hope you enjoy the opportunity to be able to purchase plus sizes.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Online orders will be securely processed using Mastercard or Visa after shipping has been calculated. We will contact you when your final invoice is complete and we are ready to process your payment.
How much is shipping/freight to my location?
Shipping varies based on your location and the size/weight of your order. We calculate this manually after your order has been placed so that you are receiving your order by the most cost-effective method.
Which freight company do you use for shipping wholesale orders?
To ensure our customers are receiving the most cost effective shipping solution we use TNT for most deliveries. In some cases TNT is unable to deliver to a certain location or is too costly, we use Direct Freight and Australia Post. If you have a preferred freight provider, or your own freight account this can be indicated in the comments section when checking out, otherwise we will source the most affordable option for you.
How long will it take to receive my wholesale order?
Shipping times on in-stock items will vary based on your location. If after 3-4 working days you require an update regarding your shipment, please contact us and we will follow up accordingly. Pre-order items will be dispatched within 4-6 weeks from the date which the order has been made.
Can I purchase WD Designs garments from your warehouse?
Garments can be purchased at our Marrickville Warehouse Monday - Thursday 8:30am-3pm Friday 8:30am-2pm or outside these hours BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please call our sales department on 02 8565 6888 or email us at email@example.com to arrange a suitable time.
Do you have a minimum order?
We require an order of 3 items per style per colour to offer exclusivity in your area. We recommend having several sizes in store to make an impact and to represent brands properly. There are no minimums for repeat orders.

Where are WD Designs garments made?
All our WD Designs labels are designed by our team in Australia and manufactured by our production team in China. We work closely with our teams to ensure a consistently high standard of quality across all our garments.
